Fashion icon Sam Edelman ’73 delivered the keynote address and pioneering choreographer and dancer Lucinda Childs ’62 received an honorary degree. Huge congratulations to Writing faculty member Marie Howe, winner of the 2025 Pulitzer Prize in Poetry for her work, New and Selected Poems. A member of the Sarah Lawrence faculty since 1993, Marie is a former New York State Poet Laureate who has received grants and awards from the Guggenheim Foundation, The National Endowment for the Arts, The Bunting Institute at Radcliffe/Harvard, and The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. 🎉 Congratulations! 🎉
