Resident Advisors
Resident Advisors, often referred to as RAs, are undergraduate students who live in residence with students and center their work around student well-being. RAs provide guidance and support to their residents. They are responsible for explaining and enforcing campus policies and also facilitate various programming that builds belonging, community, and student engagement within their residential areas.
Resident Fellows
Resident Fellows (RFs) work to engender a positive living community and experience conducive to students’ holistic success, personal development, and well-being. The work of the Resident Fellows supports the collaborative approach to accomplishing these goals of the division. The main focus of the Resident Fellows is to execute the functions of Residential Education that support the vision of well-being, through direct supervision of RAs, work with the conduct process, and collaboration with the offices of Student Involvement & Leadership and Student DEIB.
Senior Resident Fellows
Senior Resident Fellows work to execute the division’s collaborative approach to well-being through supporting Resident Fellows (RFs) and Resident Advisors (RAs) individually and collectively, while working to help build a culture of safety, respect, engagement, responsibility, and accountability. The Senior Resident Fellows work across Residential Education, Student Involvement and Leadership, Student Conduct, and Student Well-Being.
