At Sarah Lawrence we organize the curriculum into four large areas of study: Humanities, History and the Social Sciences, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and Creative and Performing Arts. Within that broadly interdisciplinary framework, students have the opportunity to collaborate with their academic advisors (dons) to create their own programs of study.
