Sarah Lawrence College is offering convenient and affordable housing for both Sarah Lawrence and non-Sarah Lawrence students participating in an internship during the summer of 2025.
About the Housing
Residents will reside in Hill House, the College's apartment-style residence hall located on Midland Avenue in Yonkers. Each apartment features a kitchen, bathroom, and multiple single-occupancy bedrooms. Hill House is located directly across from the Cross County Parkway and within walking distance to the Fleetwood and Bronxville Metro North stations, making for an easy commute to internships in New York City and throughout Westchester County. To make commuting even easier, the College's Campus Safety team will run a shuttle service to and from the Bronxville Metro North station. When not working, residents can take advantage of the many shopping, dining, and entertainment options at the famous Cross County Shopping Center, just a short walk away, and relax and socialize on our beautiful 40 acre campus.

Who's Eligible?
Students currently enrolled in any college or university who can provide proof of student status and of participation in a summer internship are eligible for summer intern housing at Sarah Lawrence.
Housing Dates & Rates
Summer intern housing is available for 12 weeks, running from May 18 - August 9, 2025.
- A minimum three-week stay is required
- Move-in takes place on Sundays and move-out takes place on Saturdays
- All residents must move out by Saturday, August 9
The cost of summer intern housing is as follows:
- $400 per week
- 50% of the total housing payment is due upon sign up, and will serve as a non-refundable deposit applied to overall balance
- The remaining 50% will be due two weeks before move-in

Residents may stay for the full 12 weeks of this program, or just a portion of the summer. A minimum three-week stay is required.

Application deadline is April 25 - For stays between July 20 - August 9:
Application deadline is July 18
As a reminder, move-in takes place on Sunday and move-out takes place on Saturday. All residents must move out on August 9.
Applications will be taken as long as space remains available.
