The First Year Experience offers many opportunities for new students to connect with each other and the larger campus community prior to the start of the Fall semester. Our SLC 101 virtual summer curriculum offers opportunities for incoming students to meet their peers, faculty and staff, and current student leaders from across campus. Through informal get-to-know-you sessions to webinars and information sessions, SLC 101 connects students with resources across the College to set them up for success before their first day on campus.
These sessions prepare students for success at Sarah Lawrence once they arrive on campus by reviewing academic processes, answering questions they may have, and introducing them to administrators and student leaders on campus with whom they will work closely throughout their time at the College. Some SLC 101 sessions are open to new students only. Others are open to all community members. For a full schedule of events, as well as registration links, check MySLC. To register, you must be logged into MySLC with your student ID number and login.
