Campus Shuttles
Campus Safety offers daily shuttle services to and from campus. All shuttles leave from the Barbara Walters Campus Center and are available at the following locations:
- Campus Shuttle: Stops at Hill House, the Barbara Walters Campus Center, and Bates.
- Bronxville: the Bronxville train shuttles leave directly from the Bronxville train station on the arriving side (coming from NYC).
- Cross County: picks up and drops off outside of Stop and Shop, runs both weekday and weekend schedules.
- Center for Urban River @ Beczak (Downtown Yonkers): this shuttle is offered Monday through Friday and offers direct access to downtown Yonkers
- Trader Joe's: The Trader Joe’s Shuttle is a weekly shuttle service that transports students 10 minutes from campus to the Vernon Hills Shopping Center in downtown Scarsdale. The area offers great grocery options including Trader Joe’s, DeCicco & Sons, and a local Fresh Market, as well as several other commercial shopping and dining options. Students can also relax and unwind at Labriola Park, directly across from the mall, or one of the many nearby spas. The shuttle will launch on September 8th, 2024, and runs twice every Sunday at 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM from the Barbara Walters Campus Center throughout the semester. Students will be required to RSVP on GryphonLink to utilize the shuttle. There is also a daily Cross County Stop & Shop Shuttle that runs every afternoon. Trains ~30–40 minutes
- Trains are accessible from both the Bronxville and Fleetwood stations on the Harlem line, both of which are within a 20 minute walk from campus. Train tickets can be purchased at the stations, as well as through the MTA Traintime App, which also has access to all MTA train schedules.
