Aishwarya Arjunan is a board certified genetic counselor and a Senior Medical Science Liaison at GRAIL. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University and then received a MS in Genetic Counseling and MPH in Human Genetics from the University of Pittsburgh. Aishwarya is actively involved with the genetic counseling community as a past Director at Large for the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) Board of Directors and past President of the Illinois Society of Genetic Professionals. She is also a Past-President of the Case Western Reserve University Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Claire Davis has worked with the Joan H. Marks Program in Human Genetics at Sarah Lawrence College for nine years in various capacities. She is also the co-director of the Genome Health Analysis master’s program, co-created with NYU School of Medicine, and the Director of Curriculum at the Institute for Genomics Education, Workforce & Leadership. Claire previously worked as a cancer counselor and assistant director for the genetic counseling training program at Mount Sinai. Claire earned her doctorate in adult education from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, completing a dissertation on the professional learning of genetic counselors.

Kristen Mahoney Shannon, MS, CGC, is a Professor in the School Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and professor and advisory board member in the Master of Science in Genetic Counseling program at MGH Institute of Health Professions. Ms. Shannon has worked as a clinical genetic counselor for over 20 years, specializing in oncology genetics services. In her current role, she serves as Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center’s Genetics Program and the Director of Genetic Counseling in the Massachusetts General Hospital's Department of Medicine.

Gillian Hooker, PhD, ScM, CGC is the Chief Scientific Officer of Concert Genetics and Adjunct Associate Professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She has worked to address inefficiencies and dysfunction in the delivery of genetic testing and counseling services by investing her time and energy in technology development, advocacy for policies to better align incentives with patient needs and education to promote the expansion and maturation of the genomics workforce.
