As an international applicant, you are eligible to be considered for most of the institutional aid available to Sarah Lawrence graduate students. Visit the Applying for Financial Aid page for an overview of the process of applying for institutional aid.
In order to be considered for the maximum amount of institutional aid available to you, you must complete an International Graduate Student Financial Aid Application and submit translated documentation of your 2022 income. Acceptable documentation includes:
- tax return from the student’s home country or
- statement of income from employer on company letterhead or
- our non-tax filer form
If you are a US national or permanent resident and have a US social security number, we would encourage you to complete the FAFSA.
International students are not eligible for US federal student loans. However, international students with a qualified co-signer may apply for private student loans through some US lenders.
Click here for financial aid deadlines. Other forms or documents may be requested. Late applications are subject to the funds remaining when the application is complete.
