How to Apply

For families who are interested in learning more about our school, we invite you to join one of our tours,  led by our Director, Lorayne Carbon. Tours allow prospective families to see our educational philosophy in action and provides an overview of our programs, curriculum, and unique approach to early childhood education.

Please note that all new families are required to tour as part of the admissions process.

Upon completion of a tour and individual meeting, familes are invited to apply to the Early Childhood Center by submitting an application. Our application is designed to give us more insight into your child and the best placement for them. Please reserve at least 15 minutes to fill it out. We thank you in advance for your candid and thorough responses.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, as space allows. To be considered complete, an applicant family will need to have completed the online application and submitted the non-refundable $100 application fee.

At this time, application fees can only be submitted via check, made payable to Sarah Lawrence College Early Childhood Center.

Notification letters will be emailed within a few weeks of receiving a complete application.
