The experience of living in these dorms has been really, really great. I would definitely say that I have met some of my closest friends, not just in college, but in my whole life, through the res life experience here.

One of my favorite things about living on campus is getting to know everybody on my floor. I make it a point to get to know everybody's names, figure out where they're all from, and a lot of times, really, really good friendships come out of that.

The thing that I love about Sarah Lawrence is that I can literally bump into anyone and then stay there with them for an hour and two hours in discussion and completely lose track of time.

You meet people in other social spaces on campus, both through your classes, through clubs and all that stuff. Then there's other Sarah Lawrence activity council events that we also host on campus. There's been Fall Fest and there's been our formals throughout the year, too, that students can go to, where you can find a lot of fulfillment with things to do on campus.

My first impression of the Sarah Lawrence campus was that it's super picturesque. There are so many beautiful trees. The buildings are so beautiful and it's really nice to just walk around the campus.

It's really easy for me to feel comfortable here because the community is so open and trustworthy and warm. It feels like home away from home.

Sarah Lawrence has a lot of opportunity for creative collaborations. We have dance studios, we have music studios, we have practice rooms. There's film equipment that you can rent.

I'm part of the volleyball team, so I go to practice in the evening or I go help out with the clubs I'll be co-chairing for. It's a really great community going at Sarah Lawrence campus.

You can feel the passion in everybody's discussions. You can feel the passion while they're walking around campus.

There's always something to do on campus. Personally, I'm a music student, and for one of my classes, I actually have time in the music studio and it's really late at night, which I thought was really cool just because I don't think I've ever been in an environment where you can be doing stuff 24/7. Usually, high school ends at 4:00 and then you go home. But here, you can always be doing something.

I love where Sarah Lawrence is located because I grew up in a really foresty type of area and so it's really easy for me to just go to a park nearby by the Bronx River. Or if I want a little bit of city life, I can go to the city really quickly, really easily. And also, Bronxville just has this really cute, small town vibe that was really, really comforting.

I feel like the shift from living at home in high school and then to come be in college is definitely a super big jump, but I feel like, especially on Sarah Lawrence campus, you just feel really comfortable with the people around. Everyone is really welcoming and it made it a really smooth transition for me.

The vibe of Sarah Lawrence is really unique and really hard to describe. But it's something that I know every student feels and it's something really magical and deep inside of you that just connects you to everybody else on this beautiful campus. There's just something that Sarah Lawrence has about it that's really special.
